Well Monday we had a meeting with a caseworker about a child needing to be adopted and they wanted us to meet her so to things were looking good. But I keep telling myself -"Don't get to excited... keep your emotions down cuz this is not a done deal." Well today I got a phone call telling me that the foster mom is thinking about keeping the child, but she would let them know in a few weeks about her final decision. So today as people know me best I did cry, but I talked to my husband and he reminded me that this was not a done deal and this is just the start of our journey. It is a wonderful feeling that the one person who you love and trust can say the one thing you need to hear and things better. So I washed my face and reapplied my make-up and told myself to stop crying and that I am very blessed to have my husband and I am also thankful for the people I work with who all rallied behind me with support.
This is going to be a good weekend I have a couples date on Saturday and Sunday is V-day.

Winter Wonderland
Today is Feb 5th and it looks like it should be sometime in Dec. The snow is so pretty on the trees.. it is laying just perfect on the branches. Is there nothing better then a fresh layer of snow?
